2 ripe avocados, pealed and quartered 4 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 2-4 tablespoons chopped green chilies or if you like it more spicy add a few dashes of Chili Willy pure habanero hot sauce. [you can add 2-4 chopped Italian tomatoes] |

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Empty mixture into a bowl and press wax paper against surface to prevent discoloration. Chill until ready to serve. Seve with tortilla chips. YIELD: 2 cups. |
